great access to parks and dining for city explorers

I had a fantastic stay where the staff was incredibly helpful, especially when they accommodated my need for extra space during snowy weather, and I loved being just a short walk away from both Lakeview Park and excellent dining spots like Cafe Zupas, making this hotel perfect for exploring the city on foot.

The property is simply delightful! It's pet-friendly, clean, and in a fab location with shops and restaurants nearby. I even had a lovely chat with Angel at the front desk. he was a gem!

But wow, the bathroom floor had more hair than a catwalk! Not the spa treatment I expected!

The complimentary breakfast included hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage, while the baked apples were a delightful surprise. Although the hotel's location near restaurants and shops is excellent, the breakfast staff member was quite strict about the start time of 6:30 AM, opening the area late. The room I stayed in was spacious with a comfortable bed, but the shuttle service could be more clearly organized, as it can be confusing especially for first-time users.

After my last stay in madison, i was surprised by how much better this hotel was. The king room was spacious and the amenities like the pool and gym were excellent. And the breakfast had a decent selection.

the shower pressure was too low.

Cafe Zupas and World of Beer were killer spots nearby for munching, dishing out fresh eats and cold brews! Super clean digs in the King Room made for a comfy night. Angel at the front desk was a gem helping me prep for our stay!

Breakfast could have been better—kind of a snooze fest. Plus, noise from the highway made it feel like I was catching z's at a NASCAR event!
